Velocity:
-Velocity is an essential tool for all players at all levels, regardless of position.
-Our athletes last winter saw an average increase of 4.5 MPH to their velocity.
-We will develop these traits through a gradual on-ramp designed to build players up to throwing hard again, then a velocity phase to add those MPH’s, and then translating that to on-field skills
-By gradually progressing both intensity and volume of throws, we can safely add velo AND keep arms healthy throughout the season.
-This group will train Tue/Thu 7-8PM, Sat 9-10 AM at Palouse Performance Gym
-Cost is $200 per 2 month period
-Can be bundles with hitting or catching for an extra $50 ($250 total)

-Group strength training sessions will be offered by Ben Bertram at his Palouse Performance facility,
-Ben is a former D1 football player and is an expert in helping athletes make it to the next level.
-Training will provide athletes an excellent foundation in fundamental strength movements, while also increasing power and explosiveness.
-Baseball players of all ages can greatly benefit from strength training, as it can be beneficial for both performance and injury prevention.
-Group will train Mon/Thu 8-9 PM, Sat 10-11 AM
-Cost of $200 per ~2 month period.

-We will utilize a variety of implements and modalities to optimize bat speed and flush contact to get hit the ball farther and harder.
-Come get ready to have your best season yet at the plate!

-On the speed/agility side, I bring 2 years experience as a Strength&Conditioning Intern with the Vandals.
