Group Training:

-Just because it’s cold outside doesn’t mean the work stops at Palouse Baseball Academy!

-Winter training will run from November 3rd through late February at Palouse Performance Gym in Moscow.

-The first half of each session will be focused around a structured throwing program to build arm strength and gain velocity safely.

-The second half of each session will be full body, developmentally appropriate strength training.

-The past two offseason with this throwing program, players have seen an average of 5-8 MPH increase in throwing velocity and no injuries.

-To accommodate both in-season and off-season athletes, we will have two separate groups:

-Off-season: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 5:30-7 PM, Open Gym/Makeup Time: Saturday 10 AM-12 PM

-In-season: 2 Days/Week of Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7-8 PM (You choose the best days).
